Annual Appropriations

The Iowa Tuition Grant (ITG) Program was established in 1969 to assist students who attend private postsecondary institutions in Iowa. In 2005, the General Assembly separated funds for non-profit institutions and proprietary institutions. The chart shows historical appropriations from the General Assemby for the Iowa Tuition Grant (For-Profit) program.

 

 

FY 09: Reduced by 1.5% due to across-the-board cut (listed appropriation is prior to reduction).
FY 10: Reduced by 10% due to across-the-board cut (listed appropriation is prior to reduction).
