Iowa Reports

The Iowa College Student Aid Commission collects Iowa higher education data and coordinates national reporting for 85 Iowa colleges, universities, and postsecondary schools. The Iowa Data are provided by college and university officials. The Iowa reports are listed below, along with a schedule for Iowa and national report completion.

Financial Aid Report
Due November 1, 2008
The annual Financial Aid report is completed by college and university financial aid administrators. It includes a wide variety of data about sources of student aid funding. Data from the report is used for financial aid policy development.

Ethnic Diversity Report
Due November 1, 2008
The Iowa Ethnic Diversity report is used to collect data about the ethnicity of Iowa college and university students and faculty. The data is used to prepare a report mandated by the Iowa General Assembly.

Location of Alumni Report
Due November 1, 2008
The Iowa Alumni report is completed by college and university officials based upon alumni records. Reports from the data are used to inform policy discussions about the migration of graduates from Iowa colleges and universities.

Student Budget Report
Due January 15, 2009
This report collects information about the cost of attendance at Iowa colleges and universities. The information is used by Iowa College Aid to administer need-based scholarship and grant programs.

Student Profile Report
Due November 1, 2008
The Student Profile report is used to collect data about the characteristics of Iowa college students. Elements include percent completing programs, percent returning for the second year, and ACT scores. Data from the report are used for financial aid policy development.

Enrollment Report
OUT-OF-STATE COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES ONLY
Due November 1, 2008
The Iowa College Enrollment report is used to collect data about the enrollment at out-of-state colleges and universities providing programs in Iowa.
