ITT Educational Services, Inc. of Carmel, Indiana has filed an application with the Iowa Secretary of State to offer seven programs in Iowa. The programs would be offered at a location in Clive, Iowa and are as follows:
Associate of Science – Information Technology – Computer Network Systems
Bachelor of Science – Information Systems Security
Associate of Science – Computer and Electronics Engineering Technology
Bachelor of Science – Electronics and Communications Engineering Technology
Associate of Science – Computer Drafting and Design
Bachelor of Science – Construction Management
Bachelor of Science – Criminal Justice
ITT Educational Services, Inc. is required to receive the approval of the Iowa College Student Aid Commission before it may be registered in Iowa. Chapter 261.2(7) states that the College Student Aid Commission may consider comments from the Coordinating Council "that are received within 90 days of the filing of the application." Therefore, the Commission may consider comments that arrive from the Council on or before October 21, 2007, and must act on the application on or before January 19, 2008.
