Debt Upon Graduation, 2006
Each year Iowa College Aid collects information about the debt upon graduation among recent graduates of Iowa Colleges and Universities. Iowa colleges and universities reported an average debt among graduating students with debt in 2006 of $25,210 at the Regents Universities, $24,729 at the private non-profit institutions, and $24,512 at for-profit institutions. The information provided in this report was updated on September 11, 2007, when the University of Iowa reported revised data.
