Iowa Tuition Grant
Iowa Tuition Grants are awarded to Iowa residents enrolled at one of Iowa's eligible private colleges and universities. Priority is given to applicants with the greatest financial need. The statutory maximum award is set at $4,000, although the maximum award for an academic year may be less depending on the funding available and number of projected recipients. Recipients can receive grants for up to four years of full-time, undergraduate study. Part-time students may be eligible for adjusted amounts.

Eligibility criteria:
- Iowa resident
- Undergraduate enrollment
- Enrolled at an eligible Iowa private college or university
- The FAFSA will be available January 1.
- Final FAFSA deadline is July 1. Application must be received by the processing center on July 1.
