Loan Maintenance Processing Procedures for Iowa College Aid Guaranteed Loans
Effective Monday, April 2, 2012, all loan maintenance processing for Iowa College Student Aid Commission guaranteed loans will transition to Sallie Mae. This includes changes to borrower accounts, NSLDS processing and school and lender inquiries.
Beginning on April 2, 2012, all loan status changes should be sent to Sallie Mae at GAMRQST@salliemae.com and any lender manifest and/or NSLDS requests should be sent to Sallie Mae NSLDS_Requests@salliemae.com.
Schools needing assistance over the phone can call Sallie Mae's Collegeserv toll free number at (888) 272-4665.
