• Applicant must be a first generation college student entering an accredited two-year or four-year postsecondary institution as a full-time student.
• Applicant must demonstrate a dedication to community service.
• Applicant must show leadership potential.
• Applicant must be a resident of the United States.
• Applicant must be attending a college or university within the United States.
• Applicant must be pursuing his or her undergraduate degree.
• Applicant must submit application on time and fully completed.
